Do you offer an API?

Yes for $3,000 a year depending on how many calls you make and assuming you aren't reselling this service to multiple other clients.

To determine if your use case is a good fit for an API, please read the section "Do I get updates as new data are released?" in the FAQ Is this a subscription service?. And then know that these data are updated once a year by the US Census Bureau.
